Engine
Push rod 16-valve V8 engine. V8 stands for the number of cylinders (8) and their V-shape in the engine. Power is 450 hp @ 6000-rpm with a displacement of 350 CU inches 5700cc. Torque is 62kg @ 4200 rpm. Iron block and aluminium heads and 1 Demon Quadra jet carburetor. Fuel consumption is 1 litre of gasoline per 1,5 k m.
Suspension
4 wheel independent, adjustable anti-roll bar and rear-wheel-drive. Dampers and springs of any make and model.
Wheels
Light alloy, made in Brazil by Binno. Measurements: 10.5 x 18 inches.
Steering
Power steering with electric pump.
Tyres
Front and rear Pirelli tyres, made in Brazil, 285/645 VR 18 model. In wet conditions, tread-patterned Pirelli rain tyres are also used.
Brakes
Cobreq pads and 4 wheel Fremax brake discs. Wilwood calipers.
Gear Box
2 types permitted: brazilian (Bertolotti) and argentinean (Saenz GT-910). Both are 5 gear with reverse.
Fuel Tank
Rubber lined aluminium box with a full capacity of 85 litres. The fuel used is Petrobras gasoline.
Nitrous Oxide
Nitrous oxide injection causes the engine to rotate at a higher limit, greatly increasing power. The driver can only activate this command 3 times in 1 race.
Chassis
Tubular, made of steel and carbon fibre plates with anti-flame coating.
Minimum Weight
Approximately 1.250 kg, including the driver in full gear and car fluids.
